Eliminators Swap Meet & Show, 2008. This event continues to grow, and has all the elements necessary; it is well organised, has heaps to do for all ages, live bands, and now they even have a monster truck display. The swap meet is not as large as some, but still takes a couple of hours to get around, while the car displays have now outgrown the confines of the Beenleigh Showgrounds' main arena.

Most of the other Sports Coupes we see are Chevys. This one is a '58 Pontiac Chieftain - and very clean too..

T coupes are often chopped, sliced & diced, but the stock look still makes a more practical street rod.

Parked near the swap meet, this '51 Ford Tudor was for sale for $13k - not bad for this car, in this location.

The should be more more-doors, especially if they are as nice as Peter Whiteman's bright red Deluxe example.

As clean as a whistle, the '57 Chevy Sports Coupe often looks great with large diameter wheels.

The number plate says it all. Way down in the weeds, the '55 Sports Coupe has a big bad blower that peeks out.

This wild deuce 3-window apparently came up from Victoria - the subtle mural behind the flames was very distinctive.

Maurie Kokkin's brand new '35 Chevy sloper is an all-Australian body style, though the 2" chop adds to the style. Look a future feature right here on this pearler.
